We are actively seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) analyst to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will be involved in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our identity management environment. Your role will involve collaboration across technical and business teams as applications utilize our expansive on-premises and cloud-based environments. This will also require that you assess potential risks that may arise as different solution options are explored to ensure that we are meeting the needs of the business, that policies are set up appropriately and that these solutions will work effectively within our technical environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Account provisioning, SSO, user and group self-services and synchronization with existing applications and systems
  2. Password Management
  3. Configuration and Management of IAM components
  4. Installation of new software releases and system upgrades
  5. Evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems
  6. Provide technical support by utilizing working knowledge of systems
  7. Build application integration framework, provisioning workflows and processes
  8. Assist with integration, implementation, and administration of systems
  9. Integration with user directories (including Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, etc..)
  10. Familiarity with SDLC

Required / Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale deployment and support of enterprise IAM solutions, including, but not limited to, Savyint, Okta, Sailpoint, Hashicorp, PingFederate (SSO), Imanami GroupID (Group Management), CyberArk (Privilege Access Management), SecureAuth (SSO & MFA), and Core/Courion Access (Provisioning, User Self-Service, Approval Workflow) Hands-on implementation and operations of the aforementioned IAM products (or functionally similar/equivalent products) Strong Microsoft Active Directory experience essential Working knowledge of Windows operating system Familiarity with LDAP and SAML/OpenIDConnect General scripting/coding knowledge with efficiencies in SQL, Powershell, HTML, Javascript Java, C or .Net programming knowledge is a plus Project Management skills a plus AWS Identity & Access Management skills a plus Azure AD Roles & Permissions skills a plus

  • Experience with API (Application programming interface) Security (SALT Security, Ping API)*
  • Occasional after-hours work and participation in on-call rotations is required.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years IT experience, preferably in Identity Management or Information Security and experience participating in IAM product research, evaluation and implementation. Skills & Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply technical expertise to resolve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Ability to work on a team. Must be a strong team player with a willingness to share information and train others; act as a mentor to less seasoned team members. Must be highly organized and capable of prioritizing work loads.
