  • Several years of experience in an IT Service Desk / IT Support, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT support principles and processes
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams
  • Professional knowledge of IT basics, including software, hardware, and network fundamentals
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the ITIL methodology, with a preference for candidates holding an ITIL
  • Foundation or/and Service Operation certificate
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to your team and the stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a proactive and analytical mindset, able to identify and address operational challenges proactively
  • Flexibility in handling new tasks and change management, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities
  • Strong team and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of Client administration, Mobile Device Management, and Patch Management concepts, best practices, and troubleshooting methods

    Within the international IT department of ALDI SÜD, you will be responsible for supervising, motivating and managing your team of 14-16 employees and delivering a high-quality IT service.
