- Solid knowledge of Windows Server systems
- Strong experience in Active Directory support and operation
- Knowledge in program languages like PowerShell and VBScript
- Completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
- Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
- Can work in a multi-shift operation, Monday to Friday between 7 am – 10.30 pm and provide on-call duty 7×24
- Strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management topics covering: identity management, RBAC, SSO, MFA
- Solid experience in Active Directory Domain Sevices / Federation Services both in support and operation
