- Manage customer service requests from Europe/Middle East/Africa
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues, identifying root cause and providing effective resolution within SLA.
- Provide detailed information on IT product configuration and upgrades
- Operate and maintain a professional system to monitor the service request process
- Provide remote troubleshooting assistance when required
- Knowledge of servers and operating systems (Linux, VMware)
- At least 2 years of IT related experience
- Confident, active knowledge of English and German
- Ability to multitask and high stress tolerance
