Your role as a Change Management Manager in Business Technology Solutions (BTS) will allow you to help shape the digital transformation of a leading biopharmaceutical company in order to create solutions that will benefit patients and their communities. Working with change leadership and colleagues across BTS, you will develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of IT changes, especially in the Information, Security, and Risk Management area. Responsibilities Assist in the adoption of BTS changes by providing in-depth change management expertise and direction Drive Artificial Intelligence change management initiative across the entire information technology business unit establishing enterprise-wide adoption strategies for the use of generative AI applications and tools Implement and support change management activities using a structured methodology process and tools Prepare actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsorship, People Manager, Communications, Training and Resistance. Ensure coordination with other specialists in the areas of communications, change management, and training. Determine the impact of change, assess the readiness of the organization for change, identify key stakeholders, and prepare strategies for risk mitigation. Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across BTS as the subject matter expert and point of contact for change management initiatives. Defining and measuring success metrics, monitoring change progress, identifying adoption measurement metrics, gathering trend information, reporting to the program team, and making adjustments as necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
