Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, tailor, and implement IT operational processes, like incident, request, problem or event management
  • Cooperate with our partners and their teams on different IT Process and Service Management projects and IT Operation improvement tasks
  • Tailor the IT Operation process framework, create metrics, and KPIs that best fit to the client environment based on ITIL
  • Prepare and present reports, reviews, and dashboards to support IT Operational processes
  • Guide, and train stakeholders on how to use properly the aforementioned processes

Qualifications

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • You have at least ITIL 3 or 4 foundation certification
  • English language proficiency in speaking and writing
  • You had the opportunity to work as an IT Service Manager
  • You have a deep understanding of Enterprise IT architectures and working model
  • You understand and communicate the business and the IT language impeccably
  • Your mindset builds around terms of processes and services
  • You are able to incorporate service specifications, measurement methodologies, and standards into a written agreement
  • You can easily facilitate a serious and complicated meeting
  • The service mentality is in your DNA
  • You are determined and you can represent the interests of a client
  • You are looking for new challenges and eager to learn and develop professionally
  • You have no problems with communicating and presenting your thoughts in an understandable way
