This position is contingent upon a contract award. Candidates should have a favorably adjudicated T3 investigation / secret clearance to be eligible for this role.
This is also a fully remote position.
Monitors and takes corrective actions to restore services in production operations within the following areas: Data Center Operations, Desktop Operations, Network Operations, Server and Storage Operations, Cloud Operations and LAN/ID Administration.
- Monitors system and application dashboards for anomalies as defined by the assigned IT Service Area.
- Understands and works on resolving problems in the areas monitored under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Operations Specialist.
- Fulfills services from the Service Catalog of the area(s) supported (Desktop, Server, ID Management etc.).

Responsibilities
Bachelor or Associates degree courses in Computer Science, Information Security, Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms.
Up to 2 years of experience in IT operations.
