Salary Middle:

14 000 – 19 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B)

11 600 – 15 800 PLN gross (UoP)

Full-time position

As an IT Project Manager at ULAM LABS, you will ensure successful project delivery by coordinating and managing the full project lifecycle using Scrum methodology. You will be the main client contact, manage JIRA backlogs, and oversee documentation, while also leading architecture and product design workshops.

We are ULAM LABS – a Wroclaw-based custom software development company specializing in creating complex products for companies, focusing on financial technologies.

Your daily missions

  • Acting as a first point of contact for the client;
  • Coordinating and running full project lifecycle in Scrum methodology;
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time;
  • Ensuring that the product meets business assumptions;
  • Managing JIRA backlog, creating user stories and documentation;
  • Coordinating architecture and product design workshops and meetings;
  • Mentoring other team members in fields of efficient communication and project management process.

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1);
  • Understanding Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with clients and the team;
  • Ability to manage client’s ideas in balance to what is achievable;
  • Ability to coordinate work of Engineers, QA Specialists, and Product Designers;
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools;
  • Willing to work in a hybrid model during the 3-months probationary period (Wroclaw office(, after which there is a possibility to work fully remotely.

What will your onboarding look like?

First day and week

We are excited to spend your first day and week with you in our office. You will get to know your dedicated Buddy and the whole team, meet your Leader – Marcela Rutkowska, and receive a welcome pack with all equipment you need for work. You will also complete the formalities of the contract, and have training on tools and health&safety. We will also tell you more about the company and our corporate culture. Time for a break and having coffee/tea and lunch on the house with your team. After the first week, you will already know your team and supervisor, be introduced to the ongoing recruiting projects, and learn your first duties in the new position. You will finish the week with a feedback meeting hosted by the People & Culture team.

One month

You will know all your responsibilities, and actively participate in team meetings. You will have cyclical 1:1 meetings with the Leader, and get deeper into the project. Team integration is also waiting for you. After a month of cooperation, we expect you to: understand core concepts of blockchain, DeFi, liquidity pools, staking mechanisms, NFT marketplaces, and crypto wallets, as well as independently set requirements with the client and create tasks for the team. We want you to work independently and be able to plan your work for the week in advance. You will end the week with a feedback meeting, hosted by the People & Culture team.

Three months

After two months of successful cooperation, you will talk to your Leader about how you are working with us. We look forward to your feedback. After the whole onboarding, you will already be fully implemented in the projects and your responsibilities, and you will master all the names of our employees! 🙂
