IT Service Manager (m/f/d) Permanent position, full-time – Cologne Your tasks

  • You are THE contact person for your customers and take care of all issues that arise
  • You deal skillfully with escalations
  • You have a complete overview of your customers – technically and organizationally
  • You hold presentations and service review meetings independently
  • You enjoy managing (sub-)projects
  • You participate – together with managers from other teams – in the continuous improvement process and recognize things that we should change
  • You are the interface to all internal teams

Your profile

  • You have IT-related vocational training or relevant proven professional experience
  • Ideally, you have already gained your first professional management experience, e.g. by taking over project management – if not, you are willing to learn the subject area with our support
  • You have an IPMA Level D, Scrum Master or ITIL 4 Foundation certificate
  • You know how to plan projects and monitor their implementation
  • Giving presentations and speaking in front of people is no problem for you
  • You work just as well independently as in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • You are characterized by a good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working
  • You have a class B driving license
  • We require you to be fluent in written and spoken German
