Your tasks will include
- Operation and further development of the server infrastructure
- Support for virtualization using VMWare and application provisioning using Citrix
- Management of the network infrastructure
- Installation, maintenance and support of the IT client environment
- Support, administration and validation of specialist applications
- Implementation and documentation of activities under GMP
- Accepting, analyzing and processing support requests via ticket system
- User support / troubleshooting (1st and 2nd level support)
You bring with you
- We expect training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
- Scientific, interdisciplinary understanding
- Careful and precise way of working
- Good knowledge of English
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
