Handling IT error reports, inquiries, and change requests. Providing customer support over the phone and in writing. Managing, checking, and directing error tickets. Maintaining communication with clients and colleagues providing second-level support, monitoring service tickets. Regular updating and maintenance of knowledge base systems.
Elvárások / Requirements
Proficiency in the German language. Proficiency in Slovak or Czech languages. Service-oriented mindset, accuracy, and commitment. Any IT related experience.
Nice to have:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications. Relevant IT vocational training (IT apprentice, vocational school, or technical college education in the field of network technology, etc.). Knowledge of English and Hungarian languages is advantageous!
