- Administration of user accounts in AD and subsystems
- Administration and configuration of client systems
- Administration of patch management processes
- Mobile device management
- Support and assistance with SAP user tasks
- Support and assistance with various user software
- Telephone support for internal employees
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- General service and support activities
