Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management. Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
