We are on the hunt for a new colleague who will be part of the Goup Legal teamin the role of
Legal Counsel (Finance, maternity cover)
to support of the MOL Group’s operation under the supervision of Group Senior Counsel responsible for Group Treasury legal counselling.
Employee status:Fixed-term based on maternity cover
Main responsibilities:
Monitoring of the MOL Group operations continuously in order to ensure effective use of external and internal resources and minimize risks. Supporting decision-making with focus on financial law implications. Preparing and continuously developing model documents. Cooperation with Group companies in Finance related legal support. Monitoring the regulatory background; reviewing of the group-level internal regulations, participating in drafting and issuance of regulations. Harmonizing interpretation of applicable regulations at Group level, coordinating litigation practice. Supporting the work of the Group Treasury organization, with special focus on Subsidiary Funding, Cash Management and the group subsidiary funding’s legal coordination.
Execution of other legal tasks at the request of, or on the basis of consultation with the Group Legal VP.
Qualifications:
Degree in Law Preferably 3 years of relevant professional experience Experience in Treasury, Funding, Transactions Finance and related Regulatory matters User-level Microsoft Office skills Fluent in English
