Task

Our “#youlearnPublic” program is a six-month, intensive training program in the areas of (IT) consulting and project management with a focus on the public sector. It is specifically aimed at future IT architects, consultants and project managers who want to specialize in the digitalization of public administration.

The program includes:

  • Theoretical training courses incl. certifications
  • Professional exchange with experienced public experts
  • Practical project experience
  • Regular feedback sessions and support from mentors and peers

Participants receive an attractive salary from day one and are hired as a Junior IT or Business Consultant in our team on a permanent basis. After completing the program, you can expect a variety of exciting tasks – depending on your future role – such as:

  • Working on a wide range of projects relating to the digitalization of public administration, including in the areas of software development, integration, migration and implementation
  • Advising our customers on their digitalization projects, in particular on the specification of technical and functional solutions
  • Supporting project management in the planning and control of projects and the coordination of project teams
  • Participation in the creation of concepts and calculations for offers

Profile

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on IT technology or (business) economics
  • Ideally practical experience in software development projects through internships or working student activities
  • Initial experience with modern software architectures, UML or comparable modeling languages, requirements engineering, quality management as well as classic and agile software development
  • German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
