About the project, We are a team of Devops/Network Engineers working on green-field automated firewall configuration migration workflow and client side implementations. Our Engineers support projects with their knowledge of networks and hands-on experience to deliver a working service from start to finish., , Other things to know:, , Every team member gets onboarded via an online training course which includes a case study, live training sessions, lab and individual assignments, , We are working in a multi-vendor environment, , We collaborate closely with Professional Services engineers on the customer side, , The client is based in the US, , We work on multiple interesting projects at a time, so we may invite you to an interview for another project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.

Your responsibilities, Implementation and migration of firewall configuration into the Customer’s security platform, Collection and analysis of the customer’s network environment and migration requirements to create customized migration workflows, Cooperation with the team and the Customer on developing and improving automation tools to deliver migrations

Proof of 2+ years of professional, hands-on operational experience in the field of networks or network security, Good understanding of basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, network layers and commonly used protocols, Good understanding of the principles and features of modern firewalls, Knowledge of Linux, Experience with Python scripting, Fluency in English (B2 level minimum), Willingness to learn – you will face challenges that require creativity, individual solutions and teamwork with senior peers

Optional, Knowledge of network security products from vendors like Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Understanding of DevOps tools and practices, Experience with Ansible, Docker, VMWare, Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Knowledge of trends and practices in cybersecurity, Experience working directly with external clients
