Your responsibilities, Support of the operations and maintenance topics regarding SAP SuccessFactors instances with different modules (Employee Central, Learning und HR Performance Management), Coordination of the troubleshooting and bug fixing with the different business departments and other stakeholders, Serving as a part of the 2nd level support and the contact for the global key users and business departments, Analysis of errors, developing workarounds and permanent solutions, assistance for how-to-questions as well as handling of service requests, Keeping incidents, developing documentation and knowledge base up-to-date, Perform regularly support and maintenance tasks, Ensure compliance with internal processes, Support of go-lives, Collaboration in projects
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Service, IT or related, At least 2-3 years of work experience, Fluent written and spoken English, German language would be an asset,, Willingness to travel (regular business trips to Essen), Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or other HR software in the following modules: Master Data, Learning, Performance Management, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Experience in process analysis, optimization and design, Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, Strong service thinking skills and service orientation, Flexibility and good interpersonal skills, Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
