JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / COMMUNITY MANAGER 

We’re looking for a junior/mid-level Hungarian speaking Junior Social Media Manager / Community Manager to join our team, focusing on clients in the Health Care, Telecom, and Beverage sectors. As a valued addition to our team of enthusiastic strategists and analysts, you’ll facilitate collaboration among members of the digital brand team, client service teams, and creative teams. Your main responsibility will entail managing and monitoring multiple social media accounts on a daily basis, scheduling content in accordance with social media best practices while providing close support to the digital strategy team. What will you do in this role?

Social Media Community Management (Hungarian Market):

  • Engage and cultivate growth within the Hungarian market community across social media platforms.
  • Manage content scheduling, respond to customer inquiries, and provide support.
  • Generate regular reports on community engagement and performance metrics

Support Digital Strategy Development:

  • Conduct desk research using global databases to identify industry trends and competitor analyses.
  • Analyze performance reports and dashboards to extract key insights.
  • Assist in developing digital strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives and target audiences.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, sharing knowledge within the team.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to present digital strategies and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as creative, account management, and production, to integrate digital strategy into overall client strategies.

  • Having a  problem-solving attitude: understand the problem and try to provide the right, or a better, way of doing things.
  • Don’t be afraid to test new methods and come up with new ideas.
  • Be a team player : communicate with respect and positive manner, be open to share knowledge or success together, show support to others when it is needed and be engaged in the team’s work.

We are looking for you, if you have 1-3 years of experience in social media and community management .If you’re curious and eager to learn about digital strategy beyond social media, we want to hear from you. Familiarity with Sprinklr is advantageous.
If you possess a business-driven mindset, experience in digital content development, performance marketing solutions/operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to apply innovation, strategic planning, and operational planning to develop successful business strategies, don’t hesitate to submit your application/

This role requires native-level Hungarian proficiency and fluency in English, both written and spoken .
