About the project, Long-term collaboration opportunity with a Polish IT and softwarehouse company that delivers projects to its client, a large foreign financial and loan organization. Working on a project related to the development of a platform for trading binary options on cryptocurrencies., , Stack and concepts: Blockchain, Solidity (+ Forge framework), Subgraph, Ethers.js, TypeScript (for backend), smart contracts, backend development, DeFi ecosystem, Redis, Jest.
Your responsibilities, Leading an engineering team consisting of backend development, bringing business and trading strategy requirements to the engineering team, ensuring delivery of the agreed requirements., The role focuses on technical leadership of the project and the team and also active coding., Proposing development plans around the latest efficiency and security upgrades., Ensure security standards across all platform operations, including user-facing applications, backend, smart contract codebase, and product database., Collaboration with a globally distributed international team working remotely.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development (general)., Minimum of 2 years of experience in a blockchain project., Currently engaged in a blockchain project or, if the project has just ended, having worked continuously in blockchain projects for the past two years without any breaks., Very good proficiency in Solidity and the Forge framework (must have)., Good proficiency in Subgraph, Ethers.js, TypeScript., Interpersonal skills – communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities necessary for leading a team., Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts., Proficiency in English at level B2+ or C1., Having a maximum one-month notice period, effective at the end of the month., Ability to start cooperation/transition part-time ASAP, before transitioning to full-time, is highly desirable., Leadership/tech lead experience is welcome.
