- 6+ years of experience
- Extensive experience with Stencil.js for building web components is a must
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems is a must
- Proficient in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js (the engineers on the project work with different frameworks. Ideally, it should be an engineer with experience in both React and Angular)
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant experience as both a tech lead and a team lead
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Previous experience working in large enterprises or with enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end development practices.
