Opportunity Our codebase has grown substantially and organically for the last 6 years – we want someone excited to lead from the front in maturing our codebase and engineering. You will take ownership of architecture/patterns, tooling, standards, and the overall effectiveness of the team you’ll be leading. This position is initially equal parts coding/leadership, then moving towards 20% coding/80% leadership. The perfect applicant has experience in software architecture & design, is looking for a leadership role and is comfortable switching between leading and coding. The codebase is back-end heavy with Vue.js front-end. We are looking for someone excited about the opportunity to develop a product that directly empowers the lives of thousands of older adults.
