  • Implementation of new ideas in game design and product development to enhance player engagement and satisfaction

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer/Game Producer

  • Experience launching a casino game development studio (will be a plus: from scratch)

  • High level of knowledge in casino games

  • Experience managing a team of 5+ employees (programmers, artists, animators, UI designers, testers, etc.)

  • Understanding of game development processes, game mechanics

  • Experience in data analysis and identifying new trends for new product solutions

  • Knowledge of game (gambling) analytics and metrics, as well as opportunities for improvement

    The following experience would be a plus:

  • Launching a casino games development studio from scratch

  • Deep understanding of game design, game balance, and mathematics

  • Working with remote teams from different countries

  • Certifying games for various regions

  • Integrating games onto a platform
