What kind of professional are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer/Game Producer

Experience launching a casino game development studio (will be a plus: from scratch)

High level of knowledge in casino games

Experience managing a team of 5+ employees (programmers, artists, animators, UI designers, testers, etc.)

Understanding of game development processes, game mechanics

Experience in data analysis and identifying new trends for new product solutions

Knowledge of game (gambling) analytics and metrics, as well as opportunities for improvement
The following experience would be a plus:
