PROEXE is a company operating since 2013 in the mobile/web interactive solutions market. We have been part of the largest private capital group in Poland – VECTRA since 2020.
We are seeking a Lead Kotlin Multiplatform Developer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will lead the Kotlin team in creating innovative products for the medical sector. Additionally, you will enhance our Kotlin Multiplatform capabilities through various research methods.
We have been working with Kotlin Multiplatform since 2019, and we continuously strive to leverage the latest solutions and research bleeding-edge new technologies.
We expect:
- 5+ years of commercial experience with Kotlin
- Initial experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
- Solid experience in managing both a technical team and the technical aspects of a project
- Experience with writing unit and integration tests
- Strong communication skills
- Strong English, at least B2+
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of iOS/Android platform or willingness to learn the other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- Knowledge of Ktor framework in terms of backend system engineering or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with relational databases and Exposed framework
Responsibilities:
- Leading Kotlin team: Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members, providing mentorship, giving constructive feedback
- Building products using the newest technologies in the Kotlin Multiplatform environment
- Participating in technical discussions to shape the project’s future
- Taking responsibility for the quality of one’s code by writing tests and for the code of other team members through practices such as code review and pair programming
- Researching the newest technologies and details about the Kotlin environment
- Collaboration with clients on everyday basics
- Writing technical documentation
