- Ability to write beautiful code that scales
- At least 6 years of commercial software engineering experience
- Ability to mentor junior members of staff
- Ability to communicate ideas and develop strategy through presentations, demonstrations and specifications
- Commercial experience developing distributed enterprise-scale systems
- Thorough and quality orientated
