Your role involves guiding a nimble tech team through both re-engineering and novel development initiatives, utilizing your proficiency in TypeScript , Node.js , PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, among others. Your Mission Architectural Leadership: Shape and drive the technical roadmap for a leading music insights platform, aligning with strategic goals to push the boundaries of music analytics and user engagement. Leadership in Tech: Demonstrated excellence in leading and empowering a tech team, expertly balancing hands-on guidance with empowering delegation. Act as a mentor to Senior Developers, fostering their professional development and career growth. Agile Advocacy: Exceptional skill in agile methodologies, adept at managing project timelines, and utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking.
