We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Corporate IT Infrastructure department . The primary mission of a Digital Transformation Specialist is to ensure that the work of all company employees is convenient and secure, regardless of their location, and to maintain our services as fast and stable. Boundaries do not confine us, and we have the flexibility to utilize any modern technologies.
Your main tasks will be:
- Formalizing customer requirements and creating technical specifications to improve existing systems or develop new systems/services;
- Automating business processes in Google Workspace by writing custom scripts in AppScript;
- Automating business processes using Slack Workflow Builder, as well as external services like Zapier, Make, etc;
- Automating business processes using APIs: Google Workspace, Slack, 1C, etc;
- Developing applications/services using JavaScript + NodeJS;
- Analyzing the automation application and service market and testing new solutions.
We expect from you:
- At least 5 years of IT administration or automation experience in companies with over 100 employees;
- Experience in system administration (Windows, Linux);
- A good understanding of existing cloud services and experience with services such as GWS/MS 365, Slack;
- Experience with ChatGPT;
- Experience in formalizing customer requirements and creating technical specifications for improving existing systems or developing new systems/services;
- Experience in automating business processes in Google Workspace by writing custom scripts in AppScript;
- Experience in automating business processes using Slack Workflow Builder, as well as external services like Zapier, Make, etc;
- Experience in automating business processes using APIs: Google Workspace, Slack, 1C, etc;
- Experience developing applications/services using C, Python, or JavaScript + NodeJS.
