The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Communications Team: The Manager, Employee Communications is responsible for the development and execution of global employee communication strategies that align with the objectives of RTX’s enterprise-wide Operations and Supply Chain organization. This position reports to the Associate Director, Employee Communications. What You Will Do: Lead the development and implementation of employee communications strategies that align with enterprise-wide and business Operations and Supply Chain priorities. Work with Senior Operations and Supply Chain leaders to create and distribute employee and executive communications for and on behalf of the Operations and Supply Chain organization, including presentations, leader talking points, articles, videos and written messages. Engage with key stakeholders to gain insights into BU Operations and Supply Chain strategic priorities and ensure communications align with business needs. Develop strategic messaging and storytelling for Operations & Supply Chain Communications. Partner with Communications’ Centers of Excellence to leverage existing materials and expertise, contributing to enterprise-wide communications campaigns or initiatives. Travel up to 25%, or as needed. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or other and a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience. Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive communications strategies. Experience working with senior executives. Stakeholder Engagement : Experience in engaging with key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into effective communication initiatives. Messaging and Storytelling : Strong skills in crafting compelling messages and storytelling for both internal and external audiences. Collaboration and Relationship Building : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners. Analytical Skills : Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and drive continuous improvement. Tech Savvy : Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Location: Remote The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD – 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
