You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year Responsibilities: Direct activities supporting overall security and integrity of organizational electronic data, data systems, and data networks. Direct the development and delivery of Information Technology security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure data and information security. Evaluate and select security applications and systems and manages the implementation of such systems. Oversee the development and testing of the Information Systems business resumption plans and works with other departments to verify effectiveness of these plans. Define, develop, coordinate, recommend, and implement how the department/projects(s) will help achieve the business goals for the company and Information Systems goals and objectives. Lead and manage Security Operations Center. Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring. Qualifications: BS in Cyber Security, Security Engineering, Management Information Systems, or closely-related plus 5+ years related experience in Security Operations (Healthcare industry).
