Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, or Business.

10+ years managing vendors in an outsourced environment, especially in Infrastructure support.

Experience in procurement operations, IT vendor management, and category spend management.

Ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Service NOW.

Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.

Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, ITIL best practices, and strategic sourcing methodology.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build constructive relationships.

As the primary contact for stakeholders and strategic partners, you will oversee actions and information related to third-party expenditures. You will drive VMO activities to completion for Retail, Infrastructure, and Application Solution categories, including contract drafting and decision approvals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate engagements between service providers and company departments.

Integrate assigned vendors into the company’s ecosystem, managing vendor profiles and databases.

Manage costs, negotiate reductions, and participate in the budget process.

Report on service delivery, manage stakeholder escalations, and resolve issues.

Lead vendor selections, negotiations, and optimize operational processes.

Oversee a team of procurement professionals, focusing on IT sourcing and vendor management.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies, monitor execution, and drive compliance.

Maintain the agreements database, track contract expirations, and ensure timely renewals.
