The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

As MarTech and Sales Business Process Owner you will play a Product Manager role for Roche Diagnostics Marketing Automation Tool (Marketo), and will be defining the life cycle of digital solutions roadmap, which support the marketing and sales management business processes by providing a seamless digital experience for our customers and affiliate partners.

You will be accountable for the Sales and Marketing Enablement value stream in the Roche SAFe framework, and define success metrics, business priorities and long-term business goals, co-create, coordinate and maintain a solution specific business support and training concept in the area of Marketing Automation (Marketo). In this position you will be focusing on:

  • Being responsible for effective project and product management to support global digital marketing automation strategy and tactics,

  • Being accountable to define, co-create and drive Solution roadmap as well as long-term Sales and Marketing Solution vision within the Roche digital ecosystem,

  • Participating in team level and ART level ceremonies and planning and covers the responsibilities of specific Agile team roles (Product Manager*),

  • Leading regular user meetings to communicate processes, best practices, etc., ensure all of these are documented and the information is accessible for users, 

  • Serves as a Marketo expert and mentor junior colleagues.

Who you are:

  • You own a university or college degree, preferably in Computing and IT, or Communication or Digital Marketing.

  • You have 5+ years of digital marketing automation/sales CRM practical experience; preferably in a global environment with an established track record of influencing processes development in the area of own expertise.

  • You are a forward thinking professional, with excellent understanding of marketing, sales and service CRM ecosystem, including technical specification requirements and business processes. 

  • Previous Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo, Braze, Hubspot or SFDC experience strongly preferred, but not required.

  • You are familiar with Agile (lean, scrum, SaFe 5.1) mindset with demonstrated capability to dramatically simplify and prioritize.
