We have recently closed $100M in funding and you will be leading a team of engineers building out a brand new mobile offering., you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth. Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle. Promote and enforce best practices in software development, ensuring the team’s adherence to high coding standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, facilitating their professional development. Regularly review and evaluate the team’s performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and growing a team of mobile engineers. Wealth of experience building world class mobile applications in iOS, React Native and any hands on full stack web experience would be great Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
