SAP/Navy ERP Level III Data Analyst
NavAide is on the lookout for dedicated professionals committed to supporting the Navy’s strategic alignment in enhancing the FM workforce, standardizing business processes, and leveraging data analytics. Specifically, this role will engage deeply in the Navy ERP data migration initiative and facilitate close collaboration with FM&C and Government clients. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with FM&C and Government clients, understanding data migration needs, and aligning them with the strategic aspirations of the ASN FM&C.
- Lead and oversee the creation and deployment of a Program Management Plan, touching crucial facets like organizational structure, transition plan, risk management, and performance metrics.
- Steer data health assessments and migration processes including, but not limited to, data mapping, post-migration data validation, and business transition.
- Oversee financial reconciliation, DDRS reporting, and user acceptance testing.
- Be at the forefront of organizational change management by crafting strategies and conducting change readiness assessments.
- Play a pivotal role in training strategy development, execution, and user management to ensure a smooth and hitch-free data migration process.
- Provide unwavering leadership to subordinate teams, making sure of strict adherence to financial standards and guidance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrable expertise in IT development, database management, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving acumen.
- Strong alignment with NavAide’s ethos and guiding principles.
- Proficiency in tools and languages such as SQL, Python, and R, along with familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- In-depth understanding of Navy ERP migration or related large-scale data migration projects.
Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a field relevant to the role.
- Between 6-15+ years of work experience, with a preference for those who have engaged with State or Federal Government agencies or sizable corporations.
- While not mandatory, certifications or exposure to the Department of Navy Financial Management & Systems would be an added advantage.
Security Clearance: Eligibility for US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance is required.
Travel: Occasional travel might be necessary as per the demands of the project.
