Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to migrate COBOL-based systems to .NET, specifically focusing on shipping functionalities. Utilize your expertise in .NET Core, Web API, and JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, JQuery) to create efficient and scalable web-based applications. Work on ORM technologies such as EF Core and Dapper to ensure seamless integration and data management. Employ best practices in an environment that includes Visual Studio, MVC, Git, unit and integration testing, and a build server. Contribute to the development and implementation of proven methodologies to support the company’s continued growth. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards throughout the development process. Requirements: Proven experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies. Strong background in COBOL and experience in successfully migrating systems to .NET. Proficiency in Web API development and familiarity with JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, JQuery).
