Position Summary: Interact with customers on a regular basis and gain knowledge of their network, devices and services on the network along with ensuring any requests made by the customer are delivered and enabled on time. Support requests that come through from the time they are received to the time services are activated at the customer’s end. Core Responsibilities: Order management, provisioning, entry and validation Support escalations Assist in network device installations and/or monitor staging and installations Provide notification of any material installation impacts or issues to Company (ex. missing circuit connectivity, demarcations not extended) Support training and floor support for Associates Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of related experience 1 or more years of experience working with Telco Enterprise Clients CCNA Certification Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/computer science/information systems/information technology, or a related field Knowledge of Routing/ Switching/ Telco-Transport Layer/ Mobility, ISP environments, LAN, IP, and enterprise network Order Management(Comms)
