Your responsibilities, The work is for external client – manufacturer of materials and products made of specialty graphites, carbon fibers and glass and carbon fiber reinforced plastics. They are currently looking for a managed service team for their Office 365 environment, Exchange Online, OD4B, MS Teams and Sharepoint. The team will cover the internal IT 2nd and 3rd level support for the mentioned topics.
Expertise in Cisco networking solutions: Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco hardware and software., Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher., Network design experience: Ability to design and implement complex network topologies., Knowledge of network protocols: Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols., Security awareness: Experience with security solutions such as firewalls and VPNs., Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues., Communication skills: Clear and effective communication (English)., Ability to work in a team: Collaborate with IT teams and other departments., Good communication in English & collaboration with stakeholders, able to translate functional knowledge to technical knowledge.
