Network Project Manager Hours: 8am-5pm ET Position Location : WFH Here we grow again! Position Summary: Interact with customers on a regular basis and gain knowledge of their network, devices and services on the network along with ensuring any requests made by the customer are delivered and enabled on time. Project manage customers and their networks. Core Responsibilities: Work with project Coordinators, Project Leads etc. to ensure all project related deliverables
- Host projects kick off with all stakeholders/sponsors
- Develop Communications Plan
- Coordinate with Client/Customer to validate their single point of contact for communication and escalation for any issues
- Ensure project execution plan with risk mitigation plan
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, and within scope and budget.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using project documentation, appropriate systems, tools and techniques in order to report on project status
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Perform gap analysis.
- Perform existing network audit.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/computer science/information systems/information technology, or a related field required CISCO CCNA / CCNP certification PMP, Prince2, CAPM, ITIL certification is a plus 5+ years of experience working with Telco Enterprise clients/ projects Well versed with project management tools, reporting and presentation . Experience of Working as Project Manager/ Tech Lead in an Enterprise Telco Network Experience supporting Enterprise Service Delivery teams Knowledge of routing, switching, telco transport layer, mobility, ISP environments, LAN, WAN, Knowledge of IP, and Enterprise Network Order Management(Comms)
