May involve WAN, LAN, wireless, firewall, load balancer and other network related equipment and services. Responsible for scheduling, coordination and completion of projects by the team. Role Responsibilities: Troubleshoots complex network and server issues Communicates with internal and external customers, vendors and IT personnel to complete projects Maintains, supports, and administers servers, local/wide area network (LAN/WAN); implementation of network hardware solutions Identifies and resolves connectivity problems between systems and works with vendors in troubleshooting and supporting systems Performs the installation, configuration, management, upgrade and modification of network switches, routers, firewalls, and other related infrastructure technologies Supports the installation, configuration, management, upgrade and modification of servers including virtual servers and Windows operating systems. Create and maintains documentation to record network and hardware topologies Works with client IT personnel and to implement remote connections and setup applications Provides Support Provide hardware and software support to IT personnel, customers and offices Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Work with vendors in troubleshooting and supporting system Work with clients to resolve issues with systems Instruct support personnel on usage of software and hardware as needed Travel to remote sites as needed to complete projects Configure and Maintain Systems Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software Configure and install software on systems Develop and maintain documentation Manage equipment inventory and support for equipment Purchase IT related items Work with vendors to obtain quotes and purchase hardware, software, support and other IT related equipment and services within allotted budget Performs Miscellaneous Duties Create documentation materials as needed Assist other IT personnel as needed Work on special projects and other functions as assigned Role Requirements: 1-5 year’s Infrastructure experience Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Computer Hardware experience Good Project management skills Strong Problem-Solving skills Excellent analytical skills The ability to independently make decisions High school diploma required, Associate degree in computer science preferred; or equivalent work experience We believe strongly in providing employees a rewarding work environment in which to grow, excel and achieve personal as well as professional goals.
