The Essentials We’re Seeking
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Programming Skills: Basic to intermediate skills in any language; experience with Python, C#, or TypeScript is highly beneficial. Ideally with some full stack exposure.
- AI Tools Familiarity: Willingness to learn and use AI tools; no prior expertise required.
- Self-sufficient with Problem-Solving Skills and Can Do attitude: Creative and innovative approach to solving technical problems.
- Customer Focus: Good communication skills to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Communicative: Close work with team members and managers to communicate challenge and discuss options.
- Languages Skills: Comfortable communicating in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
Nice-to-haves
