In this role, you will be responsible for leading our OEM Partner Marketing team, building our OEM Marketing strategy and driving pipeline to help grow our business. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for building the over-arching Marketing plan for our OEM Partners Supervising the success and challenges within our execution plans and refining accordingly Maintaining consistent measurement and reporting on successes, challenges and results for our region Owning the marketing planning and budget with our NVIDIA Partner Network Working with our HQ team to understand global strategy and adapt that for our EMEA market Crafting positive relationships with your peers and team members within our OEM Partner Network Owning the NVIDIA brand communication and execution within our Partner eco-system. What we need to see: 10+ overall years of proven experience within a Partner Marketing Enterprise organisation 3+ years of leading a successful team Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Strong expertise in partner marketing, having worked with large Enterprise Partners Understanding of computing and AI technology Experience of creating, owning and delivering an EMEA Marketing plan Experienced in driving projects across cross-functional teams within an organisation Excellent interpersonal skills and a ‘working with’ attitude Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience within a Technical or Business domain Ways to stand out from the crowd: Outstanding knowledge of the IT Partner landscape and success working with large Partners You can demonstrate that you’ve owned the planning and delivery of pipeline building plans Possess the ability to continually innovate, think strategically, and coordinate many moving parts is a requirement Natural inclination to measure the efficiency of marketing activities Developed strong relationships with partners and driven sustained engagement Lastly, you exhibit a can-do attitude and a growth mindset NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
