About the role
The Online Operation Development Team is responsible for identifying significant opportunities to improve the Dot Com Customer experience, and also maximise our profitability. The role is primarily focused on delivering improvements to increase availability and improving substitution recommendations.
You will be responsible for

- Developing and implementing our project plans while mitigating any risks.
- Conducting in-depth statistical analysis to identify the benefits of projects.
- Engaging key partners to understand opportunities and effectively handle trade-offs.
- Seeking out new opportunities, demonstrated by insight and data analysis to identify projects which materially improve availability, profit or customer experience.
- Foster positive relationships across Technology, CEC, Business Support, Commercial & Fulfilment, and the wider Online team to ensure we can move and implement at pace, when opportunities are identified.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with the relevant teams to build clarity.
- Awareness of what is happening in and around the Online grocery market, with a view to what the risks and opportunities that may arise from them
