Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support roles.
- Proven ability to set up, configure, and install PCs and associated hardware.
- Experience in providing remote and in-person technical support.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Ability to follow project plans and complete tasks assigned by Project Managers.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with rebuilding and configuring PC machines for end-users.
- Ability to support and maintain desktop, server, and network infrastructure equipment.
- Flexibility to support migration projects and other IT initiatives as needed.
Role Overview: We seek an experienced Onsite Support Engineer with a minimum of 6 years in the field.
