We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our global team and enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the production process, and maximizing productivity by coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and quality control departments. The Operations Manager will analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement, implement innovative strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization and contributing to its long-term success. You will manage a team of 3 and join the leadership team, playing a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operations Expertise:
    • Proficient in managing inventory functions, including FBA, MCF, AWD, AGL, and handling low inventory limits
    • Oversee inventory management across multiple locations, including overseas, US/UK, and Canada 3PLs, as well as FBA inventory.
    • Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics management, ensuring seamless shipment from 3PL and FBA to customers.
    • Conduct reporting and data analysis within the supply chain, focusing on COGS and storage optimization.
    • Drive process improvements by analyzing and enhancing Amazon product flows.
  • Market Expansion and Account Management:
    • Lead marketplace expansion initiatives, overseeing entry into new markets (mainly Amazon).
  • Ensure the health and performance of seller accounts through effective account management practices.
  • Project Management and Team Leadership:
    • Oversee special projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
    • Develop and mentor team members, identifying opportunities for growth and managing new hire processes.
  • Inventory and Quality Control Management:
    • Utilize inventory management software to analyze necessary inventory levels in production, 3PL, and fulfillment warehouses.
    • Oversee quality control and assurance processes to maintain product excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Process Improvement:
    • Manage certifications, FDA compliance, and copyright filings for products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Customer Service and Supply Chain Optimization:
    • Work closely with customer service teams to implement service improvements.
    • Optimise supply chain logistics to ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery.
  • Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Invoice (PI) Oversight:
    • Ensure seamless purchase orders and invoice management by proactively following up to guarantee smooth process flow.
    • Monitor PO and PI workflows to promptly identify and address potential issues, optimizing procurement operations’ efficiency.

⏰ Working Hours : This is a full-time role and you’ll need to work 9 AM – 5 PM CET.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ Bachelor’s degree / Experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

✅ Proven experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics for e-commerce brand(s), doing over $25 million in revenue.

✅ Strong understanding of inventory management software.

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

✅ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a balanced workload.

✅ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards in the medical equipment industry
