Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant Location: Remote with Milestone Travel (Must Reside in the United States) Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Inventory management, Purchasing, Order Management, and Warehouse management services. The candidate should also have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including working with Oracle Fusion Cloud. Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, and Warehouse Management Services.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to align with business processes and requirements.
- Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other modules and third-party systems.
- Keep abreast of updates and new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advise on their implementation.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, and Warehouse Management Services.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications: •Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 06/27/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $130,700/Year to $149,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
