What we do:
The Demand to Pay (D2P) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with end-to-end D2P services & solutions tailored to their needs. The teams provide customer service to Roche affiliates on D2P systems and processes (Accounts Payable, Payment Management, Order & Contract Management), ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers’ future needs, and proactively develop solutions.
Your Opportunity:

You create, process, maintain, modify and close Purchase Orders

You review and approve shopping carts for Policy compliance

You support purchase invoice reconciliation and liaise with the accounts payable department in connection with invoicing procedures

You make reports on the given activities
-
You assist with processing of returns for the Procurement Department as needed

You are responsible for Order Acknowledgement handling and contact the suppliers in case of need
Who you are:

You have college or university degree in finance or a related economics subject
-
You have a general understanding of finance processes and standards. Experience in procurement processes and using SAP is an advantage

You have strong communication and advisory skills and you are able to deal with complex issues

You have end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset in ambiguous situations

You have proficiency in English and Italian
