We’re looking for an energetic and accountable Partner Marketing Manager to take ownership of joint marketing initiatives for CrowdStrike’s strategic cloud partners, supporting us in building market awareness as a cloud security leader. The role will focus primarily on the Google partnership, along with other emerging cloud partners. This is an ideal chance to build a marketing strategy, from the ground up. This individual, reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing – Global Alliances, will strategize and execute global partner marketing programs supporting CrowdStrike’s sales and growth goals. This is a global role so you will connect dots across four theaters (Americas, EMEA, META and APJ). Flexibility, agility and ability to prioritize is critical. Day-to-day, you’ll connect with a multitude of teams including business development, alliance leadership, field marketing, corporate events, creative, customer advocacy, data and analytics, procurement, comms, product marketing and campaigns to name a few. With a results-driven marketing and partner background, this bold leader is a subject matter expert for marketing-with and selling-through prioritized, strategic cloud partners. You’re candid, self-starting and ready to orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop GTM strategies and programs. A strong executive presence and positive attitude is key. We are open to remote employees, based in the U.S. What You’ll Do: Design globally scalable demand generation activities producing leads and referrals to drive impact for our emerging cloud partners. Drive strategy and execution for global partner marketing programs focused on awareness, demand, enablement, customer advocacy and engagement. Execute strategic programs with flawless attention to detail and fierce commitment to tracking success. Ensure partner and CrowdStrike teams are equipped to drive customer demand for joint solutions. Build a scalable, field-friendly partner demand generation engine (i.e. co-branded integrated. campaigns, events, tools, and content) to drive pipeline for CrowdStrike and strategic cloud partners. Lead engaging conversations with BD, alliance and marketing teams to develop joint GTM marketing plans that tie to revenue goals. Cultivate relationships with partner GTM teams to understand business and align with priority initiatives. Work with a virtual cross-functional team of product marketing, sales enablement and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities. Manage budget to ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI (including MDF programs). Be an internal advocate for partners among key CrowdStrike stakeholders and leadership. What You’ll Need: Eight years marketing experience; 3-5 years experience driving partner marketing programs. Marketing at a cloud service provider, within the partner ecosystem and field programs, is required. Ability to drive connections across multiple partners within a complex ecosystem. Relentless commitment to tracking success metrics and optimizing programs. Self-directed approach in prioritizing and executing multiple, simultaneous programs. Balances trade-offs and high-speed tactical execution to meet strict deadlines. Bias for action mindset, driving projects from start to end. Proven relationship building and conflict resolution.
