Your responsibilities, What you will do:, Drive the design of application and technical architecture components based on business requirements, Ensure configurations and custom components align with project goals and performance criteria, Lead and participate in quality management reviews to meet and exceed application design standards, Work on document technical and operational procedures for end-users and systems, Manage and mentor cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Skills and experiences, Proficient in application development and testing with Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft BizApps and Office 365 ecosystem., Current with Microsoft product knowledge and industry trends, Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively, Proven ability to collaborate with global and offshore teams, Skilled in application lifecycle management and agile methodologies, Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Programming experience in Javascript/C#/Python, About you, Characteristics that demonstrate success for this role:, You have extensive technical / functional architecture experience and have worked with Power Platform applications and DevOps, You have 5+ years’ experience working with multiple clients, end to end implementation and managing complex deliverables, You are committed to lasting client relationships and enjoy managing a portfolio of clients., You enjoy mentoring junior colleagues, Consultative and collaborative approach, Resilient and adaptable to change, Intellectually curious about technology, Skilled in storytelling and content creation
