Job Description:
Essential Function:
- 50% Communication and technical liaison resource in, planning activities for application releases, change management, process optimization, and supporting initiatives.
- 25% Creates baseline tasks, identifies gaps, and assists with re-designing processes to deliver superior customer experiences.
- 25% Facilitate calls with pre- and post-installations, technical reviews, & support in accommodating requests.

Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
