Position Summary

As an AML Compliance Product Analyst in Blockchain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing anti-money laundering (AML) solutions within the blockchain environment. You will also take a key role in conceptualizing and designing innovative compliance products that meet evolving regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with both technical and regulatory teams to enhance product features and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide AML compliance expertise in the definition of new product’s functional requirements. 
• Support the Product Owner in defining a long-term product development roadmap.
• Collect business requirements, refine and specify the details of product functionalities.
• Lead on project deliveries, determining work effort, being fully hands-on, while also being able to delegate if necessary.
• Work closely with the Scrum product development team members: architects, UI/UX designers, developers and QA engineers to deliver new product iterations to customers.
• Liaising with Lukka subject matter experts in keeping abreast of relevant crypto AML regulations and crypto asset industry trends.
• Work closely with management and sales team to gather and analyze business needs.
• Take part in sales support activities and be involved in quality assurance of products of entrusted projects.

What You’ll Need

• Have at least 1-3 years of experience in AML compliance, preferably in crypto AML. We are also open to candidates with banking/ payments AML compliance knowledge and willingness to learn about crypto; 
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum, but also acquainted with the broader software engineering skillset;
• Interested in blockchain as well as generally acquainted with the newest technologies;
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
• Good technical knowledge and a good understanding of financial regulations, laws, guidelines, accounting practices, and related procedures;
• Be a visionary thinker with problem-solving skills and thinking out-of-the-box mindset;
• Proficient in English.
