Product development process engineer

Tasks

  • Forward best practices, project feedbacks to the interested parties (e.g. PO, PR, PDPO, process team)
  • Support process application in customer project and through the organization
  • Participate in process deployment and customization
  • Actively participate in process improvement in engineering, supporting and management processes
  • Support, perform system review gates
  • Report the result of the system review gates; identify and track necessary actions
  • Conducting internal audits, assessments
  • Support audit, assessment preparations
  • Support PO/PR/PDPO activities (e.g. process analysis, improvement and optimization) in order to ensure consistency within the process framework
  • Communication, contact with affected parties

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree
  • Experience in automotive industry knowing related standards e.g. IATF 16949
  • SW development process management experience
  • Quality management experience
  • Familiar with audits
  • Good command of English
  • Easily adapt to changing environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Determined personality
  • Systematic way of thinking
  • Seeks for development opportunities in the organization
  • Willing to bring new ideas and open for changes
  • Team player
