As a Product Manager, you will actively interact with product, R&D and field teams, as well as directly with customers to innovate and deliver an industry-leading product to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Visionary: Define and communicate a compelling product vision, ensuring alignment with market needs and Dalet’s strategic direction.
- Roadmap Architect: Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap by analyzing market research, customer feedback, and USPs for our target markets. Engage actively with sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services teams to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to feature prioritization and specification, driving the product’s success in the market. Define high-level and detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Customer Advocate: Cultivate close relationships with customers and end-users. This role is crucial in developing a deep understanding of user workflows and functional requirements, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value and user experience.
- Engineering Liaison: Manage the product backlog attentively, collaborating hand-in-hand with Engineering teams to refine specifications and bring features to fruition.
- Industry Evangelist: Serve as a product champion, providing visibility on product roadmaps, key goals, and delivery milestones, and representing Dalet at customer meetings and industry events.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Seasoned Expertise: At least 5 years of product management experience with a history of steering successful product initiatives. Experience in the media and entertainement industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- User-experience focus: A keen eye for design and user experience, with the ability to work closely with our UX team to craft beautiful software and ensure smooth user journeys.
- Technical Insight : A comprehensive grasp of the product development cycle, coupled with a broad understanding of modern web technologies such microservices-based architectures, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, to efficiently collaborate with engineering teams. Experience working with Agile software development practices.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision. Experience working on large, complex projects with remote teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within our global team.
